Puppy and Family Information

Bringing home a puppy is the beginning of a relationship that can last for many years. At Moonveil Siberians, we want each future puppy placed with a family prepared for the responsibility, personality, and needs of a Siberian Husky. A puppy is a lifelong commitment, it is not just simply a cute Christmas, birthday or other Holilday gift. They take long lasting love, patience, care, and training. If your prepared for that, then feel free to apply.

Our goal is not simply to find homes for puppies. It is to find homes where each puppy can become a loved and permanent member of the family

The safety and well-being of every Moonveil dog remains important to us throughout their lifetime, and abuse, neglect, or intentional mistreatment will never be considered acceptable.

Before you bring home a puppy

Finding the Right Family

Moonveil Siberians does not currently have puppies available. As our program develops and future litters are planned, prospective families will be invited to submit a puppy inquiry.

We encourage future families to learn about the Siberian Husky in the mean time, and consider if the breed is a great fit for you and your lifestyle. This way you are prepared for what the breed brings with it when you own one.

Please note: Expressing interest in a puppy does NOT guarantee placement or reserve a puppy.

Siberian Huskies are intelligent, social, energetic dogs with personalities all their own. Before considering a Moonveil puppy, future families should understand the breed's exercise and training needs, grooming and shedding care, they are independent, they have a prey drive, and tendency to explore when given the opportunity. Whether we want them to or not.

We want families to fall in love with more than the appearance of a Siberian Husky. We want them prepared for the dog behind those beautiful eyes and a gorgeous coat.

Choosing the Right Family

Bringing home a puppy is a lifelong commitment, not just a cute birthday/Christmas/anytime gift, you get any dog and they are yours for life, and choosing the right family is just as important to us as choosing the right breeding pair. Our goal here is to prepare future Moonveil families for a life with a Siberian Husky while making the placement process thoughtful, transparent, and centered on the well-being of each puppy. But don't get us wrong, we know things come up in life that cannot be controlled. That is why Moonveil says that no matter what age, the dog/puppy can come back to us with no issues.

Before expressing interest in our puppies, we encourage you to learn more about the breed, including their exercise needs, intelligence, independence, prey drive, grooming needs, and talent for finding creative ways to ignore everything you just told them to do—and how to escape.

We want our puppies to enter homes that understand and appreciate the breed—not just a gorgeous set of eyes and a beautiful coat.

Finding the right home for each puppy is one of the most important responsibilities we have as breeders. Every prospective family will be considered carefully before a puppy is placed.

Our goal is not to judge your home, but instead we want to understand your lifestyle, household, experience with dogs, expectations for your puppy, and what you are looking for in a Siberian Husky. This helps us understand whether the Siberian Husky may be a good fit for your family and eventually, which puppy may be the best match for you.

Submitting an application or expressing interest does not guarantee puppy placement. Moonveil reserves the right to decline a placement when we believe it would not be in the best interest of the puppy or the family. Our puppies deserve more than a home—they deserve forever.
